I started this practice in 2017, handling incorporation and annual filings for small businesses in Prayagraj. The early years taught me that the real question behind “how do I register a company” is almost always about certainty — what happens next, what does this mean, what could go wrong.
Over time, the practice grew to include corporate secretarial work, GST and income tax compliance, trademark and IP, and more recently US accounting and taxation advisory. Today we serve entities ranging from small proprietorships to listed company subsidiaries — primarily across UP, Delhi-NCR, Maharashtra and Karnataka, with the ability to handle filings for any Indian-registered entity anywhere in the country. We have also advised a US-based business on accounting and tax matters.
The scope has grown, but the approach has not changed: understand the matter properly, give a clear opinion, and get the filing done on time. That is what we try to do consistently.

Founding
The firm is registered as a sole proprietorship. First client: a Prayagraj-based stationery shop incorporating as a Pvt Ltd.
Team & verticals
Tax and IP verticals added. Headcount grows to four. Office moves to a new space in Alka Puri Colony.
Today
Five on the bench. 340 entities under retainer across secretarial, taxation and IP verticals. US accounting and taxation advisory added.
